DESCRIPTION:ATTENTION: This workshop is facilitated in person at 155 McNicoll Ave. Toronto M2H 2C1. Childcare is not provided during the workshop.\nWhether at home, school, or in the community, transitions naturally occur frequently and require individuals to stop an activity, move from one location to another, and begin something new. Individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) may have greater difficulty in shifting attention from one task to another or in changes of routine. This workshop discusses some strategies to help support common and major life transitions such as changing schools, moving or starting a new activity.\n
