DESCRIPTION:ATTENTION: This workshop is facilitated in person at 65 Hartsdale Dr., Toronto, ON M9R 2S8. Childcare is not provided during the workshop.\nThis workshop explores the causes of stress behaviours and aims to provide parents/caregivers with a richer understanding of emotional regulation. It also provides concrete strategies to support the child’s ability to monitor and manage their emotions, thoughts and behaviours in appropriate ways that enhance their wellbeing, learning and personal relationships.\nThis is a Foundational Family Service through the OAP and families must be registered with the Ontario Autism Program.\n
