This workshop is designed to guide parents/caregivers step-by-step through completing the Special Services at Home (SSAH) and the Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities (ACSD) application forms.
Please Note: This workshop is intended for parents/caregivers that will be applying to SSAH and/or ACSD for the first time.

This is a Foundational Family Service through the OAP and families must be registered with the Ontario Autism Program to attend.
